Adult Care
We know that finding the right care and support for your needs can be problematic, especially when you want to maintain your independence. All our properties are maintained to a high standard and designed around our service users’ individual requirements. Our supported living properties prepare our service users to obtain the right amount of support which is tailor made for their individual needs so they can lead an enriching and fulfilling life.
Our supported living expertise has been built on a firm foundation of positive outcomes by developing environments that encourage our service user’s needs, wants, desires and goals.
To ensure our service users care is central to all our procedures, a personalised support plan is developed from the moment service users join our service. From help with personal care needs, managing finances, to finding education, work or leisure activities.
Young Persons Care (16+)
Our supported living services specialise in housing and support for young people (16+), homeless families and individuals, physical disabilities, learning disabilities and young people with mental health needs. We encourage and motivate young people to do as much as they can for themselves, by helping them to gain practical and cognitive skills through personalised support.
We provide support so that people can move on to live independently or provide permanent accommodation with support, when complete independence isn’t possible. We strive to help people live happy and fulfilling lives.
Shared Living
We provide shared accommodation for those service users who want to live independently but aren’t yet ready to live alone. They are given the opportunity to have their own space but also with the added benefit of socialising with other like-minded people, sharing the communal spaces and the costs of household bills. This is run on a step down/recovery service model.
Low Needs
Service users are given the option to live independently within their own flat with as much or as little support as they need. This could be in one of our already established properties, or we can work with them to source a suitable property that meets their needs.
Medium Needs
We provide 2 to 4 beds shared accommodations where individuals can receive the support they need, starting from a minimum of 4 – 12 hours per day of support. There is no overnight staff at these properties. The services provided are structured around the individual to help them prepare for independent living. Each service user will have access to an on-call manager to support them when staff are not on site.
High Needs
We provide shared accommodation which consist of 4-6 beds where service users receive 24 hours care and support ensuring there is always sleep in or waking night support staff on duty. This may be ideal if you have been discharged from hospital and need to recover or you may need additional support due to anxiety, emotional distress or challenging behaviour and the need to keep safe.
Apartment living
You may be looking for the best of both worlds. Your own modern apartment with some shared communal space so you can choose when and if you want to socialise. We have worked with our housing partners to develop this popular type of accommodation.
Stepping Stone Accommodation
This provides stability whilst service users are between long-term support solutions. This type of support will help them plan for their future in a structured way. We will support each service user with the skills they need to help them live more independently and, when ready, we provide move on support.
